Unfortunately, the office staff are extremely rude and not helpful. I have been told to not expect a response for simple question/request for 24-48 hours because the office is “short staffed.” I have experienced several similar experiences like this over the last few years with the office staff. Very unfortunate and disappointing because Dr S is an awesome doctor.

Had a badly drooping left eyelid. Dr. S did a stellar job of making things normal. I saw her the day after surgery and yu couldn't tell I had an operation. No bruising, no pain....no sweat. I would trust her with any operation in a heartbeat.

My left eye muscles were not controlling my eye motions correctly leading to double vision that was getting worse. Dr. Stathacopoulos performed surgery to correct the problem and the outcome was amazing! I highly recommend her if you have a similar problem requiring surgery.
