While I have no doubts that Dr. Moulton is a qualified dermatologist, I have no respect for how she runs her practice. I had a 9 a.m. appointment on a Saturday and waited over 30 minutes before I walked out. This is not the first time I have waited and waited for a very basic appointment, but today was the last time I will have my time so disrespected by Dr. Moulton and her team. I will find a dermatologist that is not only qualified, but treats me with respect and is not just looking for my money.

I saw Dr. Mouton for a spot that developed on my hand that my general Doctor thought was a concern. She entered the room and said, "What can I do for you?" She was very blunt. She looked at the spot and then told me to lay down. She did a full exam without discussing the spot. She then did a biopsy, again without discussing the spot. When she was done she told me to call in four days for the results. At that point I asked her what she thought it might be. Her response was to sigh, as if I was annoying her asking the question, and to list of some possibilities with the tone of annoyance. When I called the office four days later for the results, I was told that only the Dr. can give me the results and that she would need to call me back. Why tell me to call in the first place?? After waiting five hours and hearing nothing, I called again. I received the same response. I still have not heard anything about the biopsy results. This is inexcusable. If I am told I will… get my results in four days, I expect to hear something. Even if it is a call to say the results are delayed, a follow up is expected. Too bad Doctor's aren't paid based on their actual performance. Pathetic to say the least. I will not be returning.

I get into the room and i'm in only my undies and the surgical dress. Dr. Paulette comes in and makes a comment on how it's been so long (since 2010) and asked health questions then kept asking if I tanned. I'm a 22 y/o white female so maybe that was an indicator that I do? I still look 12 and have pretty good skin so I don't know what would be an indicator.) I told her I did in high school but haven't in a long time and she did this little "heh" laugh as if she didn't believe me. So she turns on the radio and gets to work. She continuously starts telling me to stop tanning, stop tanning, stop tanning. Then I show her some moles I had questions about and she brushed me off snipping: "They're fine, i'm not touching them." Okay... thought we could talk but thanks for making me feel like crap? So I flip over and she's like "WOW you do not heal good little girl. These scars are awful." I told her "Yes those scars are from the huge moles you had me get taken off..." and she sighs and says… "okay well then who did you go to for these scars to end up like this?" I reply: "Doctor *****" who was her HUSBAND and she quickly says: "Well then it must just be you. You don't heal well because hes an amazing surgeon." Uh... okay? She keeps examining me and telling me I wouldn't be here if I just got out of the tanning bed. UH I could go to Office Depot and buy white out and use it as makeup because i'm so pale! I show her the painful mole and she says: "That's fine i'm not even going to bother to consider taking that off because you scar too easily." I let her know how it gets caught on my bra and bleeds and she says: "You're fine little girl." and then picks and pops a pimple on my back without gloves and doesn't clean it off or anything. Ew?! While all of this is going on she keeps calling me a little girl, telling me to stop tanning, and that she refuses to take anything off because I don't heal well. I heal GREAT but I was ALLERGIC to what they stitched me up with and my stitches would rot and rip open because of it! How is that my fault?! After the first time it happened why didn't YOUR husband switch what he was using like I suggested?! Uhg! Then she says: "Okay, i'm done. You're fine and i'm not having anyone touch anything. Questions?" Then before she leaves she leaves she points at a mole on my back and says: "THAT. That is concerning me... that doesn't look good. Come back in a year so I can look at it again." then leaves. This whole time i'm getting called "Little girl" and every other sentence is either telling me to stay out of the tanning bed or that I don't heal well so I can't get anything removed. She didn't address my concerns, she made me feel stupid for asking questions, and now I have a painful mole that bugs me almost every day.

I am a physician myself and have been going to her for 20+ years. she is the most knowledgeable dermatologist I know. When I have a problem with one of my patients that stumps me, I send them to her. She has the problem figured out in minutes! My patients love her and drive over an hour to see her. She is very friendly, thorough, and smarter than many of her other colleges!

All I can say is WOW! She is a phenomenal woman and doctor. She cares about each one of her patients in a way that is so personal. She has her door open anytime and anyday.

I worked in her office (for the lab) before I used her as a Doctor. When I worked in the office I was amased at her memory and knowledge. That is why I went to her when I had a skin problem. She diagnosed it right away. Now I have a problem that had her stumped and she did a biopsy. Something is biting me. My OB-GYN even praised Dr Moulton.
