She is incredibly kind and attentive. Please listen to me very carefully. She patiently explains everything until I fully understand. In my experience, she is the best doctor I have known for my child. I don't need to explain my child's problems because she already understands and knows exactly what to do for him. I feel truly fortunate that she is my child's doctor.

Great experience, everyone in the clinic was kind and helpful

I was referred to this ENT by our pediatrician and my lactation specialist for my daughter's tongue tie. We were having difficulty latching, and she was having trouble pulling enough milk when nursing to gain weight. Both of these professionals referred me to Dr. Kelley to have her tongue tie released. This appointment went a completely different direction and we ended up having to start our nine day old on medication for reflux. This was not in line with what our two other providers had discussed. Our daughter is still experiencing spit up and hiccups on the medication. I now have another appointment for a second opinion based on my pediatricians recommendation to have this tongue tie released. It's been frustrating that all providers weren't on the same page and messages were confusing. I was also told, " It's a question for heaven why we can grow and create a baby but that we cannot feed them." I felt very discouraged and confused leaving here.

We had the best experience with dr Peggy Kelley. From the moment we checked in for our daughters ear surgery, everyone was so nice and everything was so quick and efficient. Loved the experience!

Overall a great experience, I have no complaints.

Dr. Kelley and her team are exceptional. My son is usually nervous with doctor visits, but she always puts him at ease while she checks his ears. She's been with us through all the ear tube and follow ups and it's been great to have her with us as we navigate this. Thank you!
