Responsive after hours & able to get appointment quickly. Staff is very effecient

Didn't actually seem to be interested after a few weeks (first few I was quite happy with his engagement). He seemed distracted, would make banal comments or ask packaged questions that had nothing to do with what I said. For someone who admitted to low self esteem, it was the opposite of helpful. Suspected he was doing chores as he "listened". He also would entirely forget things I went into depth about. It was more hurtful than helpful.

Very adept at helping one get to the core of some complex issues, in ways that are effective and non judgmental. Very kind and compassionate.
