Dr. Phillip Elliot Dahan, MD

Dr. Dahan performed a neck lift and refresh lift last summer and I am very happy with the results. He also went above and beyond and was able to fix some very deep cystic acne scaring on my cheeks by repositioning the skin, SMAS, and muscle. Anyone who has lived with acne scarring know how sad it is to look scars and see the dents. My skin is now smooth, no acne scarring and I look much younger. Also, sutures done around my ears were so expertly done that there is no visible scarring. I highly recommend Dr. Dahan.

I am 7 weeks after breast augmentation with a lift done by Dr. Dahan. I couldn’t be happier! I am writing this review not only to compliment Dr. Dahan, but to encourage older ladies to consider the procedure. He and his staff are outstanding and made the process as comfortable as can be expected. I am 59, active and in good health. I recently had joint replacement surgery after an accident so was feeling great and wanted to kick start getting back into better shape. I have been married to my husband for 32 years. We haven’t had any problems with intimacy, but I was interested in having firmer fuller breasts and he wasn’t opposed to the idea….. I am 5’9”, 160 lbs and went with a solid C size which Dr. Dahan determined required 280cc silicone implants. At first the swelling was a little awkward, but they are settling into a nice shape and size. Again, I couldn’t be happier, and the added “youth” of my breasts has only motivated me more to keep working towards better fitness. … And my husband, well it has been pretty funny to watch him get all stupid again over the girls and defiantly reenergized our sex life!

Awesome doctor and staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent bedside manner. Very happy with my results. Would highly recommend. Can't say enough good things about him.

Dr. Dahan was truly amazing. Since I can remember I had a dream of getting my breasts done and he really made my vision come to life. His confidence in his ability to help give me everything I was wanting was exactly what I was looking for when deciding on the right surgeon. Dr. Dahan performed my breast augmentation and I have no words for how much I love them. Him along with his staff are friendly, competent and helped me feel confident and at ease throughout this entire process. He truly made my boob dreams come true!!!

Dr. Phillip Dahan MD, FACS of Reno, NV did my breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Dahan and his staff are absolutely amazing. He is compassionate, funny and makes you feel comfortable immediately. A couple times I had a bit of a wait, but I realized he takes all of the time necessary to completely explain the procedure and address any concerns or fears you may have. I left his office feeling very confident that I was in good and safe hands. The office staff are so friendly and they make you feel as if you are visiting with a friend vs doing something clinical, embarrassing or scary. (I was really nervous!). I had breast augmentation from AA to a full B cup and he also removed several cyst like lesions that were right in the middle of my chest. Everything turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined! With the cysts I would have been happy with scars, at least for them to just lay flat because they were so red, inflamed and looked like large white heads basically. I was so… embarrassed by them. I do not have any scars at all from the removal and the incision sites from the breast implants are so faint they are not noticeable. I could not be happier, I have so much more confidence, the size and shape are perfectly proportioned for my body type. I have never been happy with my breasts, it wasn’t so much the size, but the shape and I felt that my nipples were too large for my breast size. I could never fill a cup, there was always a gap up top. Now I have fullness without looking fake and my nipples look smaller just because they are in proportion with the breast size. I would definitely get the scar cream that he recommends, it is a small price to pay for the amazing results. I believe it made a world of difference. The only thing I would recommend for small framed women, is to bring your own tight sports bra. I thought that the one provided was loose on my body and the trial breasts seemed saggy. It was hard for me to choose the size because of that, but I still feel like after much consideration I chose the perfect size. I really wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to do this surgery, the results are amazing, and I had no idea that it would make me feel so much better about myself. I am no longer self-conscious in the bedroom and it had made things more enjoyable because I am not worrying about how my breasts look. Thank you Dr. Dahan, you’re amazing!!!!

Dr. Dahan is the utmost professional to the point of perfection. He understands that his work on his oatients and their results is a direct reflection of his capabilities as a physician. I have had several Surgeries with him; some minor, some major and he is always there for me, calls me at home to check on me after surgery, gives me his personal cell during recovery, will always get me in on an emergency basis, and has even touched up an area he worked on me hat he was “not happy with” at no cost to me even though I never even complained about it. Most of his staff are absolutely wonderful, for a time he did have some turnover at the front desk and that can get a little frustrating but I believe that has been resolved. He uses only the most op to date technolocally and advanced equipment. Every time I have received a quote they stood by it, I was always told costs upfront such as for a consultation, etc. no hidden fees whatsoever. Great bedside manner, as he really cares. He always… remembers my husbands name and asked how he is, he asks about my kids. I would never go anywhere else in Reno when going under a knife for cosmetic purposes.

Dr. Dahan has not only helped my appearance but my mood and self esteem are sky high. I am a 66 year old RN who saw Dr. Dahan when I was 62 and he gave me the "REFRESH LIFT". It took 10 years from my face and neck and the results are still good today. Last Sept I decided I was tired of my loose skin and extra fat around my waist and had a tummy tuck. My waist is now comparable to a 20-30 year old. While in the OR Dr. Dahan also did a forehead lift and eyelid surgery. I can't say enough good things about how Dr. Dahan has improved my life. If you are thinking about it, do it.! It is worth it!

She made me feel as though I was taking up to much of her time and she couldn't be bothered with me. Every question I asked was met with a short unhelpful answer... Needless to say I did not schedule an appointment and now have a very sore feel for this office.
