Dr Priya Bhusri, MD

I've had Dr. Bhusri as my primary care physician for over a decade. She has provided consistently attentive care. What I like most about her style of medical care is that she is not an alarmist. She prefers a minimalist approach to medical "interventions." Too many doctors are too quick to write prescriptions or order tests that won't improve treatment plans. I appreciate that Dr. Bhusri doesn't do this.

I have been with Dr. Bhusri since she began at Sunnyvale over 20 years ago. She's very knowledgeable & personable and always asks questions as well as listening. She's very sincere and I always look forward to appointment, like seeing an old friend!

Very bad experience. I selected as PCP but she was only interested in asking some questions and then increasing billing time. May be Doctors are getting commission of total charge and that's why she will always ask you to come for office visit. Online consultation is joke. When you ask question online, she will tell u come for office visit . In fact, somebody from her office will call and book your appointment. They are pretty fast in booking appointment because that's how they earn $$$. Doctor is not reliable and you will end up going to other doctor. So, don't waste your time and avoid visiting her.

She has been helpful. I have diabetes and I control it pretty good. She put me on Rosiglitazone like all others and told me that it causes heart attacks and I should stop taking it. She has performed papsmear on me. She is little laid back kind of person. Not really very aggressive in keeping up with latest and gretest medical info.If you need a laid back PCP and mostly manage your case by yourself I would recommend her to you. If you need a doctor who is in full control of you and takes charge of your health as his responsibility she is not the doc you are looking for. Hope this helps :)
