Dr. Tran is one of the very few doctors I have met on this island who takes an interest in me as her patient. She is thorough, explains things clearly, is open to my opinions and concerns and spends time without making me feel like she's in a hurry. Her staff is friendly and efficient. They follow up with administrative matters and communications and are willing to fit me in to the doctor's schedule with unexpected problems. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran for her expertise, bedside manner and professionalism.

Dr.Tran put a birth control implant in my daughters arm which had devastating mental effects on her.Any young woman considering this implant ought reconsider.

Like the others said, she has HORRIBLE bedside manner. I went in for a regular prenatal check and she was uninformative and dismissive when I began to ask basic questions rushing through the exam, she also became very hostile when I mentioned I would consider a midwife and that I had a home birth with my first. She began telling me If I had any common sense I would not ever consider that and that a good mother would never put their child in that type of risk. I found this insulting, if she didn't agree with it she could of said so with out insulting my intelligence and worth as a mother. I then decided I would see a different OBGYN and they began to make it impossible to get my own medical records and test results even though they know under HIPPA they are required BY LAW to provide me my medical records upon request. I DO NOT recommend this OBGYN TO ANYONE and I will never return here again.

I had spoken with Dr. Tran because she was the doctor on call just from the phone call I wouldn't recommend her. She made me feel as if I was a bother, and stupid. I did not feel comforted by her in any way. I guess she assumed calling me her, "friend" was being a nice doctor. But she was far from that. Dr. Tran word of advice to be a doctor you not only need brains you also need a have a heart. Especially in your field of medicine you most definitely need to know how to be sensitive to patients. You, "MY FRIEND", are in the wrong field. Your mentors had done you wrong. I'd usually suggest doctors who have horrible bedside manners to be an Anesthesiologist but not even that will you be good at with the way you are right now.

Dr was nice , Didn’t wash hands performed a pap touched tools with bare hands , randomly stabbing , scrapping didn’t really explain process of exam felt a lot of discomfort after exam

Takes forever to get Rx refilled

Her staff is terrible. I do not appreciate being called stupid for not bringing in my medical card. I heard her mutter and complain to the other staff member and it was just rude.
