Dr. Rajeev Grover, MD

Had to wait 3 hrs to see him.His excuse was he was going thru a divorce.If I was 3 hours late for work because of a divorce,I not only would be looking for a new wife I'd also be looking for a new job.

I have through alot of really bad drs.,and i have to say it was such a big relief when i met dr grover and his staff.they were very helpful,getting all of my records right away,getting approval codes for the pharmacy so i didn't have to wait getting my meds . I would defintly refer dr grover to anyone who needs a cardiologist!! he's awesome!

My 88 year old Mom was taken to the hospital where he saw her and ordered a heart cath. I waited for the results but he left without seeing me. The nurse told me her heart was fine. This was not a surprise because she had very recently had extensive tests and we were told her heart was strong. She then saw him in his office for a follow up. He gave her a beta blocker with no explanation of why it was needed. The result was that it lowered her heart rate. He then had her wear the monitor which now showed a very low rate. He told her she needed a pacemaker. I went with her to this appointment and he was "too busy" to answer my questions. When I tried to ask a question he asked me if I wanted to treat her. He recommended the pacemaker and instructed us to wait in the lobby for the Medtronic rep. who would "be right over" to explain it to us. We left. She stopped taking the beta blocker before going to her next appointment with another cardiologist. The next reputable Dr. said her heart… was fine, she didn't need a pacemaker and he would have been upset if she had gotten one. Some Dr.s. treat the patient, others treat their bank account. See him at your own risk!

I was in the hospital and was diagnosed with severe congestive heart failure with my heart functioning at 20%. After meeting this Dr Grover. in hospital he dismissed us the next day with a very low blood pressure . Then he requested we come to his office for a visit. He wanted me to go back to WORK as a diesel technician at a Ford dealership. He wanted me to go to his office the following week. He wants office appointments more than saving people's lives. . I was feeling so bad I found another cardiologist at St Luke's and now I'm on a heart transplant list. If I would have gone back to work I would have died. Don't use this Dr. unless you like office visits!

waiting time was over 2 hours (every time I went there). Ridiculous.

Dr. Grover always spends plenty of time with me. When I had a crisis due to another doctor's error, Dr Grover did a direct admit to Memorial Hermann SE from his office immediately. The tests began as soon as I got to the hospital, with no ER waiting time.He adjusts my medicines when needed, and I can leave a message with his nurse and she returns it within about 2 hours unless he is at the hospital. Always same day. I have a follow-up after tests.The only frustration is every time I have worn a halter-monitor, the technician that reads it doesn't return the results quickly enough. I have referred 3 other patients to him and they are all very pleased.

This doctor requested a EKG of my heart at Clear Lake Regional. The test was taken at 1:00pm. At 2:30, the nurse said she had talked to him and he would be there within 2-3 hours. This guy NEVER showed up! At 6, I requested the nurse to call and see what the holdup is. He then just released me and gave her instructions for me to make an appointment at his office to get the results... This Doctor OBVIOUSLY does not take his business seriously. He does not care about you or your time! I would NEVER go to him and would NEVER recommend anyone else too! If I went to the hospital again and he was the ONLY doctor available, I would REFUSE service!

By far, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. It takes days for them to call the pharmacy back for refills, and an entire day to return my call regarding this matter! THEN the receptionist said "I do know they want you to schedule a follow up...." So this means I will have to wait another day? Totally unprofessional. I had been a patient of Dr. Patel, but he left Dr. Bhalla. I should've known when Dr. B. badmouthed Dr. Patel to me. Dr. Bhalla told me he wanted to get down to the cause of my condition. He made me believe him. He then put me on a medication that had stomach upset and constipation as a side effect. I told him I had IBS but he prescribed it for me anyway. I will drive an hour to get to the medical center. My heart health is worth more than this.
