Dr Martinez es un excelente Doctor todos su personal son muy amables y amigables , yo estoy muy contenta por ver encontrado el mejor Doctor yo recomiendo a todos mis amistades ,le doy cinco estrellas Gracias a todos ??

Dr. Ramon Martinez prescribed medicine over the phone for my thyroid . He did not look at any of my current bloodwork. Nor did he see me in person to evaluate me. This was my second visit with him in over a few years. The medicine ended up causing me issues and when I called the office to speak with him, he never returned my call. Instead I received a generic text on how the dr was switching my medicine. The message said I had to call a specialty pharmacy and pay them to revive the medication. I was left with numerous unanswered questions. No bloodwork or further instructions were given to me. This doctor has no compassion or understanding for his patients.

Excelente toda la gente muy amable desde las personas del front office y excelente la consulta von el doctor se toma su tiempo y me explico claramente mi situación realmente quede satisfecha con mi consulta,

Dr. Martinez is an amazing endocrinologist- always goes above and beyond.

As other reviews noted , dr spends most of your time looking at his IPad. He is not knowledgeable about thyroid issues. Their lab lost my blood sample and an extra trip had to be made to retake it. The whole experience was a waste of time & money. Also requested a copy of medical records and found them to be extremely inaccurate. Requested the doctor phone me but never received a call back. Would never recommend.
