I am a new patient,had my visit with Dr.Lurie via virtual and everything was excellent!Definitely will keep him as my Dr.!

The portal worked well but my doctor was about 15 minutes late so I wasn’t totally sure if there was an the issue with the website or if he was just running late. I didn’t know that his office would be calling me an hour in advance to confirm some vitals, and in fact that was a bad time for me. If I had known that I would have scheduled it differently. I’m unclear as to whether I have to pay for this appointment like a regular appointment, no one has told me anything about the billing. I hope it isn’t more expensive than in person.

This was the 2nd time I visited the clinic and the people there were very nice. Alexander lurie was great and kind.

The rate is because of the terrible service over the phone and online of his office. The send you a bill which you are supposed to pay online TopLineMD and there is not way to pay there. When you pick pay w/o registration they ask for an ID (it is supposed to be in the Bill, it is not)., they ask for a zip code, you wonder if it is the zip code of patient or the Dr. either way doesn't work. After wasting your time in the TopLineMD website, I called the number in the Bill, it is his office, the receptionists put me on hold and got back 3 min later asking me what I need, I told her I needed to pay a Bill, she put me on hold again, after 6 mins, another person answered and asked what i need, I said to pay a bill, no one helped. Then they would blame the patients for not paying the bills when their options are terrible and the patient experience one of the worse in my 20 years living in the USA. The review is not because of the Dr but at the end the experience with his office is… the worse.

Dr Lurie is the best. My diabetes has been in control with his care and instructions.

He did not answer any of the questions I had, just told me the amount of medication I needed to have according to my weight and did not explained anything else. I left the visit feeling very concerned and lost.
