Dr. Alexander is the best. He's quick, thorough, and explains things so I understand. He worked on my shoulder when I was injured at work and it healed great. I was actually able to return to work which was a worry for me that I wouldn't. So of course I went back when I started having issues with my hand. 10/10 the best and recommend

This was my first visit/consultation with Dr. Alexander. I found him knowledgeable, professional and cordial, which was a bonus. I am very pleased that he suggested ongoing and specific immediate treatment to ease the pain in my thumb and shoulder. I would feel very comfortable recommending Dr. Alexander to anyone.

I always felt rushed by Dr. Alexander, even after very long wait times. He didn't seem to care much and was short with his answers. He also didn't inform his nurses or staff when they were supposed to contact me. Most, but not all, of the office and clinical staff were very friendly, but they were unreliable. The clinical staff never answered the phone, not even once, and were very slow to call back. They also kept misunderstanding basic conversations. The doctor put in out-of-pocket orders on my behalf without my request or consent. It felt like a money grab. Very disappointing experience with this practice. I will not return.

This practice is the pinnacle of patient focused care. Obtained an appointment with one of their top MD surgeons the next day!! Arrived 20 minutes early. Taken within seconds for brief intake; then immediately off for X-ray. Met with Dr Alexander 10 minutes later for a consultation with X-ray results, clear, concise review of options and solution delivered. They even pulled my list of meds during intake Epic even though this was. My first visit. GA Hand-Elbow-Shoulder has set the standard in healthcare practice excellence and efficiency. Highly recommended.

Very good first visit. The office staff were genuinely cheerful. That speaks volumes about the folks they work for. Dr. Alexander did a great job of explaining my tratement options. He came across as knowledgble and competent. He outlined my options and proposed a customized treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand.
