Randi J. Kirstein, MD

I have always been satisfied with Dr. Kirstein's medical recommendations, but have found her and her staff to be an administrative nightmare to deal with. I've been sent to several lab tests with either no prep instructions or conflicting instructions. Rather than asking me to do the labs again they just use the flawed data. I've had scheduling issues that resulted in hours of waiting or having to reschedule so I can return to work. The NP and doctor don't seem to communicate well, if at all. Overall a waste of time.

She is a great, caring Doctor

She is genuine and cares about her patients. Goes above and beyond to ensure patient understanding and comfort. Thorough and super diagnostician.

Excellent PCP. Listens well, is attentive to concerns and informative, recommends appropriate actions. Excellent manner and establishes a trusting relationship with patient.
