I can't comment on follow up after visit as I have not experienced that yet.
The last visit I waited for 75 minutes to see her. She always says the same thing- oh I'm sorry we are really busy today. Really? Then you have been really busy for 7 years because waiting an hour is the norm here. After seeing her for more than 7 years she decides to stop prescribing me my medication which helped me during my time as hyperthyroid. Now she says my labs are "within normal limits" and will no longer prescribe it. I will have to see my primary care doctor. She is primarily concerned with labs only and does not listen to how you are feeling.
I do not know what "ease of appointment" means and cannot rate this feature. I had difficulty finding the office. It is located in what looks like it was a brick house-not in an office building. The wait time was near an hour. I wanted to wait in my car and ask the desk to phone me when it was my turn to see Dr. Vallera. I enjoyed the time she spent with me. She is a fine endocrinologist who helps patients find solutions to metabolic disorders.
