Dr. Ravi S Chander, MD

Starting with the lobby: poor impression. Also, because there is no window for privacy when they are on the phone...apparently they have to BLAST THE TV in the lobby. NOT so great for us headache patients. Next issue is the Doctor's manners or I should say lack thereof. He is very abrupt and borders on rude. Made me feel like I was routine when I feel miserable.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Has no beside mannor, his office actively breaks HIPPA laws left and right - starting with how they have you sign in and ending in the fact the doctor leaves the door open when meeting with you if you're a woman because he's more concerned about protecting himself from a sexual harassment lawsuit rather than protecting your personal healthcare information. He actively stigmatises and shames patients - he looks for reasons NOT to listen to your concerns or to take your case seriously. Chander is quick to judge and slow to listen - he makes for a fantastic egotist - but makes for a terrible doctor.

I've taken my mother to "Dr. Ravi" for years & I couldn't be more pleased with the care she's received from him and his courteous staff. Five stars and hat's off to them, what a great TEAM!

Caught Diagnosis others had missed.

Honest, caring, thoughtful. Only Doctor out of all my husbands specialists who bothered to actually see him in the hospital. All the others left his care to strangers.

I've been seeing Dr Chander for 16 years for seizures. He has a great bedside manner and spends time to talk with you. He is very knowledgable and is willing to try new treatments.

Dr. Chander, has been very open and respectful in my endeavor to diagnose my current mysterious symptons.

I like the doctor. My husband also sees him, and my sister.

Dr. Chandler was very thorough. He explained the process of examination as he went, and showed me (and again explained to me) the results so that I would understand how he diagnosed my condition.
