Dr. Reetu Singh, MD

I was referred to her by my GP, and have been going there since before the COVID pandemic. Her office staff are cordial and professional, to say the least. She is a wonderful M.D., and I see no reason not to continue seeing her, for the foreseeable future, as my medical needs require. m

Dr Singh is very thorough. She takes her time and ascertains I fully understands my diagnosis, prognosis and treatment. She provides written educational material. Her office is clean, bright and pleasant. Her staff is competent and amiable. The wait time was about 15 minutes. Dr Singh took her time with me. She answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. She is very approachable yet professional. I felt comfortable knowing I chose the perfect doctor.

This office is the worst to communicate with. Phone menu does not allow you speak with a person. Dr Singh made me make an appointment to have a prescription refilled. Rushed through appointment, and did not check my feet or blood sugar. Then I waited three weeks no refills on any prescriptions. I could not get through to office or could my pharmacy. Make you wait an hour in a room and then spend 5 minutes with you. Charged me $50 copay and my insurance company $180 for nothing.

Have been seeing Dr. Singh for 5 years and she is always professional, caring, listens to everything you have to say even if it doesn't pertain to my endocrine problems! Staff is constantly changing as there have been issues but the practice does try to rectify staffing problems! It does take time to get an appointment as it is with all doctors in this area!

Dr. Reetu Singh is an outstanding and extremely organized doctor. She is the ultimate professional, wonderful diagnostician and always reviews my health records, analyzes and compares various test results before she meets with me. She is very caring. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Her staff is very friendly, organized, and competent.

Doc is very hard to get an appointment with. Her staff is not good on follow through. Have to call several times to obtain prescriptions, etc.

I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. Was a patient for 6 months until I could find another doctor. Staff and Drs are beyond rude, disorganized, and lack people skills. Dr "forgot"to tell me key things about meds, diet, procedures, etc. and when I'd try to call the office to clear up some questions, I had to deal with her rude staff who had no idea what they were talking about. That is IF I ever got through to them on the phone. Most of the time I got a busy signal. Don't see her!!
