Dr Baltazar treats her patients with respect and care .

Very condescending, often misdiagnosed my children. One of my children complained that they were out of breath after gym. She took that to mean that she had asthma and prescribed a battery of things she didn't need because she did not have asthma. She's an idiot that talks to you like you're one.

Both of my sons now 18 and 28 have grown with Dr. Baltazar. She saw them when they were first born up until they became young men. I would always call her if my husband took them and she would know it was me calling. Always took the time to talk to me and answered my calls whether the office was open or not. My niece takes her son there now. Don't know why the negative reviews. She is a lovely doctor and lady. Can't forget Melinda either who always took care of the appointments for us.

This review goes over the past 6 years that I have dealt with this doctor for my children. I've never loved this doctor, but within the past year I've grown to hate this doctor. She always seemed to rush the appts, never really explaining things well, often makes you feel like an inadequate parent, and lately I distrust her choices in my children's care. Most recently my son had a fever and red throat, she did a rapid strep test that came up negative, this past spring same thing happened, and he ended up with a rash and had to get blood work taken to find out he actually did have strep. So i find out they do not send out the long throat culture and only rely on a rapid test. With knowing untreated strep could be dangerous, and the rapid test is not always accurate, and he had strep only a few months ago, I was pretty upset to find out they don't send out the advanced culture! So that is my last straw with this dr!

Long wait in the doctors office and when you get in the doctors room you wait even longer. Not a good doctor, i would not be going back there for my child. Makes you uncomfortable and gets an attitude the whole time.
