Dr. Richard Cheuk Lock, MD

I have been a patient for several years and each time I call to schedule an appointment I'm slapped on hold or abruptly interrupted. When I go in for an appointment it is at least an hour in the waiting room and an hour wait in the room to see the physician. There are way too many MD's out here to put up with staff and MD dissatisfaction. I desire to be a cheerful insurance payee and cheerful while designating whom my medical provider is when paying my out of pocket expenses. I am extremely dissatisfied and will be searching for a new provider after way too may years of this!!!!! Looking for a new and better experience!

I have been a patient of dr. Locks since he was with the McGregor clinics. He is very thorough. he explains everything to you. He is very patient. he has the best bedside manners. He follow up on all of your care.

He is an excellent dr. that covers everything completely and does all he can to help his patients.

Does a good and through job.

The only problem is the wait time in the office. Dr. Lock is a caring professional.

Thorough and informed doctor!

Last time when I visited in Dr. Lock office, it was fully packed with people. My appointment was at 10.30 AM, and there were at least 4 people had their appointments at the same time. I waited for almost 2 hours and when I got inside, I waited for another 40 minutes to see Dr. Lock. He talked to me for about 10 minutes.

Last time I waited more than 45 minutes because the room was packed. Once inside, I waited for another 30 minutes and it took the doctor 10 minutes to spend time with me. This time I called 3 times and each time a voice answering system answered & asked patients to leave name and phone number. It has been 2 days and 3 more calls met the same answering service. What's up with this doctor? Why so hard just to make an appointment??? Even if this doctor is good, the impossibility to make an appointment would shy away any patients, new or old. One star from me. This doctor and his staff are simply "overwhelmed".
