Dr. Richard Allan Dube, MD

I have been with Dr. Dube for years and he has helped me through a lot of problems. The recent physical I had, my blood and vitals were better than he has seen. He takes the time to help people with the problems, he is a very smart doctor!

Complaining about Dr. Dube because you aren't paying their bill? Come on. If you Mother is on Medicare and hasn't paid a $100 bill its taken more than one visit, probably at least 10 or more, and she has received a bill after each visit. So daughter why didn't you pay the bill? I've seen him pay for shots and treatment of those that are indigent, which obviously your Mother was not.

I call the office and was immediately put on hold. I had to call them back the person I spoke to was rude very nasty. When I tried to call back again after she hung up on me they kept putting me on hold like it was a game and I could hear them laughing in the background. I understand that the doctor himself is supposed to be excellent but he needs better staff. I get better service at McDonald's.

40 years my grandparents have been seeing Dr. Dube 40 years. They have received thousands and thousands of dollars from their insurance companies over the last 40 years. My grandmother who lost my grandfather a few years ago received a nasty letter from Dr. Dube wife who couldn't even put her signature on the letter stating they discharged her due to non payment of $100.00 yes ONE HUNDRED dollars that is it. My Nana will be 80 years old. Give me a break. Then states in the letter that they will service her only in a medical emergency until she find a new Dr. My Nana called them right away and my dad gave her the money. She said I will come down there tomorrow please dont discharge me. The woman said you should of thought about this before you let this get this far. REALLY!!! Told her sorry find another Dr. Today I call she needs her medication to me this is an emergency. Melissa tells me sorry we cant do anything for her. This is so sad. Dr. Dube and his wife are horrible people right… along with their nasty staff.

My husband and I have had Dr. Dube for our primary doctor for many years. He is a wonderful, caring person, and doctor.

I've been seeing NP Hillary Morris- she works under Dr. Richard Dube (he's not taking new patients) for my medical needs for about 5 months now. My comments are mostly regarding the office staff and nurses who have been less than satisfactory. When I leave a message for a nurse or doctor I almost never get a call back. The few times I have received a call back, they called the phone of a family member and left a message for me on there. I have asked SEVERAL times to have the phone number situation resolved, as it violates my privacy as a patient and is highly inconvenient. TO THIS DAY, IT HAS YET TO BE RESOLVED! The office staff are rude and the wait times are unreal. I have never waited any less than 45 minutes before finally being seen. There have been times when I've waited over an hour and a half! These are not walk-ins! In all of these instances I had an appointment. Also, many of the nurses (not all, a couple are wonderful) don't seem to be well trained even when it… comes to simple tasks such as checking vitals or weight. The doctor has had to check them again herself on more than one occasion due to the nurses notes being so ridiculously off. Furthermore, my "doctor" (nurse practitioner) is very friendly and has a great bedside manner. She is lovely (once I get past the receptionist and nurses) i feel comfortable and in good hands for the most part. But I will be seeing a specialist for certain things. I want to be certain I'm getting the proper medications and dosages. All in all, I'm not sure the headache of making an appointment/not having phone calls returned, unprofessional nursing staff, and ridiculous wait times are worth the halfway decent care I've been receiving. Therefor, I will be looking for another doctor's office in my area. Suggestions are welcomed!

I have been a patient for years as well as my husband, daughter and son. Dr. Dube is very professional. Has always address all our needs and very informative. We have never been over medicated by this Dr. In my opinion he is within the standards of his practice. It is really to bad for those that changed drs. I find Dr. Dube to be of the best. Hope you didnt make a mistake changing drs.
