I had a 10am appointment on Saturday Sept 22 for Urodynamics with tech Ty Sovereign. I had to drink 64oz of fluid to perform a test on my bladder with a catheter. I was running a little late so I tried to call to inform her. When I arrived I saw note on the door that said, 10am patient it is now 10:15 and your appointment is now cancelled. It was 10:13. So I knocked on the door hoping for grace since it wasn't the time in the note. I got no answer. Continued to knock with no response. The parking lot was empty. I told my wife to move the car, it was 10:28. That's when Ty Sovereign peeked out from behind the desk and we made eye contact. That's when she came to the door. I tried to plead my case with no avail. She was very unsentimental not wanting to hear me. I reminded her there was no way to inform her since she wouldn't answer the phone. I was standing there with 64oz on my bladder ready to burst. She refused to see even though there was no other patients being seen. I will not… recommend this office to anyone else, nor will I allow them to ever see nor touch me again. I will look for another Urologist.

VERY EASY TO TALK WITH , VERY DETAILED, EXSPLAINED EVERYTHING,HIS STAF IS POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL VERY HAPPY WITH HIM. HE WAS THE THIRD UROLOGIST I SAW OVER THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS AND IN MY OPION HE WAS THE BEST BY FAR......I AM FINALLY HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE WITH HIM AND HIS STAFF

Just went to Dr Maggio and absolutely loved him! He has the best bed side manners and thoroughly explained everything to me! I am so glad I met him!

Had a bladder procedure done today by Dr Maggio Thankfully all went well. Dr Maggio was very nice n explained everything to the t The office staff was all very pleasant I would highly recommend dr Maggio to my family n friends. Thank you for putting my mind at ease ð???

I would NEVER go back to Dr. Maggio again! He let me speak for about 2 minutes and told me to go back to my primary doctor because my problem was not renal.. He was too concerned with getting out of the office for the weekend. I was so upset. He was out of the office waving good-bye to everyone before I even payed my co-pay.

I was so happy with this office. Dr.Maggio was excellent ! Nurse Debbie was also great !! They are truly a great team and it is evident that they both love what they do. I was suffering from a kidney stone and they truly helped to make me feel comfortable! I highly recommend this doctor to anyone who needs to see a urologist !!!
