Dr. Robert James Heaps, MD

Dr. Heaps was pleasant and informative, he gave me the information I needed in regards to my issues. He was prepared to treat me and gave me follow up instructions and offered his assistance if needed going forward.. Happy I chose him and New Hampshire Othopedics, especially seeing I live in Massachusetts but work in Nashua. Very convenient.

I had a very pleasant experience with both Dr. Heaps and his assistant. Dr. Heaps came in very shortly after being brought into his room. He had everything he needed to help with my issues. In and out in about 30 to 45 minutes. No rushing, just a very pleasant meeting with talks about what we could do if needed. Thank you Dr. Heaps enjoyed meeting with you.

Dr Heaps and his staff are friendly and efficient. I was able to get in fairly quickly after falling on the ice and was treated with kindness and respect during my visit by everyone I encountered.

Omgosh! Dr. Heaps, I can’t thank him enough for his kindness, support, professionalism, patience and knowledge of his profession. He always took the time to explain my wrist surgery options, and now surgery. The ambulatory staff is A++ from start to finish. Surgery was extremely successful, thank you.

If I still had my practice, I would recommend Dr. Heaps to my patients. Without reservation, I would say the same to my family members. I would tell anyone that he combined surgical skill, listening to my concerns and education to the level I needed.
