Dr Ocasio has been fine but the staff is incompetent. They don't return calls, answer the phone, call in prescriptions after they've promised... then when they do, its the wrong dosage or medication; once it took three times to get the script correct. I give up!

Office staff is great along with the physicians.

My husband went to him with a real acute mental health issue and he did not have full understanding of the nature of it. He simply said you have to force yourself. I sat in on the appt because I'm a healthcare professional. Well, we went to a specialist for it who actually helped solve the problem while Ocasio had nothing to offer us, not even a recommendation for a specialist.
