I would recommend anyone who has chronic pain like crps.Dr hagan and his staff is amazing

Dr. Hagan is great! I was hesitant to schedule my appointment after reading a couple of the reviews on here, but after meeting and treating with him, I am SO thankful I ignored those. I did have quite a wait to see him for my initial appointment, but that is the ONLY less than great part of my experience with Neuropax. He is so smart and efficient with his protocols and took the time to explain his recommendations. I believe the long wait is because he gives his undivided attention to each patient. His office staff is some of the most caring and pleasant medical professionals I have ever encountered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone with a peripheral nerve problem, or unexplained chronic pain GO SEE Dr. Robert Hagan. I thought I was going to have to live in pain for the rest of my life after I was repeatedly told there were no solutions. Do not let the couple of negative naysayers on here cause you to miss out on his care. He is down to earth and personable, and EXTREMELY INTELLIGENT!!

I’ve been dealing with a complicated issue documented for years. I was excited to see him and when I entered and heard how he treated more senior patients until he got to me and tone and disposition changed to be followed by the rest of inequality actions from other patients. the office stated that I had symptoms of TOS sent me to a physical therapist who also stated I have signs and said that along with Imaging was all I needed was a consultative therapy Session completed. the plans seem to have changed and I was sent an impersonal email that they can no longer help me without any further explanation As to why no imaging was needed or why they changed the plan. There was No empathy in the email no “take care”, “no good luck” with no helpful guidance and no reason as to why we changed course. in addition This seems to come at a time where I’ve been pressing for information as the response time to get back to a patient is slow, very slow.They made me feel like asking about what was… happening in my next step was wrong, inconvenient and I’ve even had to escalate to unfair treatment at the front desk. Never did I think they would drop me as a client and continue being an impersonal as the appointment desk has been as the nursing staff has been and as well as doctor he get himself. I wouldn’t recommend anyone out of network, any young, or the color black to go to Dr. Hagan’s office. From day one I felt like I had not gotten fair treatment even with the initial evaluation Dr. Hagan and Dr. Hagan even pointed out in front of me issues within the office about the pain scale, along with the terrible bedside manner for me just personally with sounded like another room is very different from the way when he came into my room, that should’ve been a tip off. again if you’re out of network, black and will need information about your health in a timely manner do not visit this office

Dr. Hagans office was great. I needed carpal tunnel surgery and was in and out in am hour! The office is pleasant, efficient and clean...everything a medical office should be. You even get to select the music played during your surgery! The whole experience has been a pleasant one.

Dr. Hagan is highly skilled, but also approachable and responsive to his patients. The rest of the staff is fantastic as well.

About 10 years ago I started having a burning sensation in the outer thigh of both my legs. I went to several doctors and none of them seemed to know what I had. I was prescribed medicine, physical therapy and even spinal injections. None of these helped. Finally, I was diagnosed with the condition Meralgia Paresthetica, and sent to pain management. Over the years the condition progressively got worse to the point that I could not stand for even 10 minutes before the burning would start. The only thing that would give me relief would be to sit down. Basically, this was my life. I cannot believe that over so many years, and so many specialists, no one ever told me that there was a surgical solution to this debilitating condition. I found out about it through my wife. I found Dr. Hagan, Ken, and all his staff to be… very caring and genuinely concerned about helping me get better. We scheduled the surgeries and I cannot believe the result. I had a 100% relief of symptoms. I can stand for hours now without any pain in my outer thighs. I would highly recommend Dr. Hagan. He is a very gifted and kind surgeon who truly changed my life! Dr Hagan and Ken are the best. I came to them last year with problems from previous surgeries that other surgeons had performed on me and they did them all and some new issues as well. They are upfront and honest, explain everything to you and gives you options. Dr Hagan thinks outside the box and goes the extra mile to make sure that he listens to you so he can do his job the most efficient and best way to help you. I would recommend Dr Hagan and Ken to anyone who wants a surgeon that gets things done the right way the first time.

I have suffered with meralgia paresthetica for several years and been to a number of doctors before finally finding Dr. Hagan. He was very thorough, took time explaining things to me and made me feel like I he truly cared about me and making my life better.
