From the first time I met Dr Steinmetz to the operation to follow up visits I felt like I have known him for years. The good Doctor and his staff were professional, friendly and efficient. Everyone was smiling and in good spirits which, to me, shows a excellent working environment and that is why Dr Steinmetz is my go to Doctor for eye problems.

Dr. Steinmetz was very professional, he explained the surgery and listened to all of my questions and made me feel very at ease. Sometimes there is a long wait but it is worth it. My surgery came out fine and my eye is progressing along nicely and I had no problems at all. I will continue to see him for a while until my eye heals completely. I would not hesitate to go to him again for surgery.

My visits to see Dr Steinmetz were always plesant, he is an extremely courteous and friendly man. Very proffessional. Always felt confident in his abilities. I would recommend him to friends and family. His staff were always very friendly and helpful too.

An unreasonable length of time is spent in the waiting room. Two hours is typical. This is not the place for working professionals because they do not value your time. It's too bad the office can't manage appointments because Dr. Steinmertz is a very pleasant doctor.
