Dr. Lucas provided some degree of care but with no explanation about post treatment care and with exceptionally long wait times (almost an hour on two occasions). Very slow to respond to questions (weeks). Staff at D/H were friendly but made mistakes such as scheduling the wrong amount of time for procedure.

My experience with Dr. Roberta Lucas has been excellent. Her thorough evaluation and information were perfect. Her advice has been all one could ask for. Most of all she provided information I had not received from others. She took the time to make me feel I had received the best care available. She is outstanding.

She saw me for 5 Minutes...Never examined me and told me all my problems were from Age....I am 70

While Dr. Lucas is courteous when you can get an appointment (one time it took me 3 months to get in to see her), she misdiagnosed a skin condition. After $1000 worth of lotions, pills, and gels, out-of-pocket (thankfully my insurance paid the bulk sum of my prescription costs) with no improvement, I found another dermatologist.
