Dr Unger is an amazing doctor!! I’ve been seeing her for several years for PRP treatments. I’ve found her to be highly skilled and knowledgeable in the area of hair loss. She offers a variety of different treatments in addition to the PRP that I chose to have.. she is honest and forthcoming about the best choices and possible outcomes.. I find her very patient in answering any questions I may have. And I always have many… Her staff is wonderful!! They make sure you are comfortable and relaxed at all times. I highly recommend Dr Unger to anyone dealing with hair loss and the anxiety that comes with it! The best!

Dr. Unger and her team are incredible, and I cannot recommend them enough for an FUT procedure! Everyone was patient, kind, and professional. I felt very prepared for the surgery, and everything went very well. Cheryl was especially wonderful and made herself available to help with anything I needed in the days leading up to surgery and throughout the recovery process. I paid for several overpriced consultation visits but went elsewhere. She was haughty and odd.

I paid for several pricey consultations but didn’t have a procedure done. I found her haughty and dismissive. I believe her father opened the practice and she took over. She has no bedside manner. I went somewhere else

I went to see Dr. Unger four years ago about a transplant and she said everything was a go but it would be $11,000. Recently I decided to go ahead with the procedure and when I went back to finalize the arrangements she said I was not a candidate and she thought I had an auto-immune disorder. That was $200. She said to go back to my dermatologist for a biopsy (even though she is a dermatologist) and low and behold No AutoImmune Disorder. So $200 to go through two unnecessary biopsies and a whole lot of stress. I was particularly upset with the way she seemed so proud of herself for her discovery with little regard for how that affected me, the patient. It's a serious condition that should not be treated so cavalierly.
