Dr. Rodney Marvin Wiseman, DO

I consistently have excellent experiences at Dr. Wiseman's office. His deep knowledge allows him to address any questions I have effectively. I appreciate his thoughtful approach to treatment, which goes beyond simply prescribing medication. Dr. Wiseman and his staff are always professional, kind, and make me feel genuinely cared for.

As close as you can get to someone that cares about you...

He keeps getting his staff to delete negative comments I am sure he would rate a 0, truth be said. I came in throwing up for 3 days with Diarrhea and he never swabbed me for the flu, he was more interested in chastising me about the field I am preparing to study, Space Law. He said there was no such thing and was getting in my face, with me sick as a dog trying to debate it making an idiot of himself and then be proceeded to say that I have over 300 medications prescribed to me and my pharmacist said he was lying and crazy. They would never violate HIPPA laws and I only take what my specialists prescribe and one of my conditions is PTSD and it is sickening for anyone to be allowed to get away with the bullying and abusive behavior he got away with. I have been a Dean's list student always and it is like he is so miserable and insecure that he has to abuse women. the nurse just said he had a rough patient day. There is NO excuse for his behavior. If I have to exercise every legal… right I have and take this to NOW, I won't stand for this kind of abuse and discrimination. There is nothing that I take that I am not prescribed and he was so rude last time I saw him, I waited a long time before I went back thinking maybe he had a bad day. My doctor was a precious man, Doctor Hudson. this person replaced him. His behavior was inexcusable. I am getting a screen shot of everything to prove he deleted his reviews. Misconduct like this should not be tolerated and the laws in Texas are written for him to abide by a code, just like his hippocratic oath.He didn't even bother to give me a flu swab.. Worst experience and doctor I have ever been to.

Don’t stand for anyone to treat you this way when they have taken the Hippocrates oath. Call a civil rights attorney. People don’t do things just once and when Dr Hudson passed away I thought I would give it one more try before I changed doctors and he apparently has serious issues he has to work out on his own before he deals with other people and he was literally badgering and attacking me. All of my medications were prescribed by specialist doctors and he lied and said I took some ungodly about of them. I went to the pharmacy and said they would never violate HIPAA laws and that he was not telling the truth. I was so shocked at his behavior. The nurse apologized and said he had difficult patients that day, but there is no excuse for his badgering and harassment as it is very damaging. A doctor is supposed to protect you. He made a total idiot of himself saying that the Degree of Space Law didn’t exist and then he starts coming in to try to debate something with me he knows nothing… about. If anyone else has had this experience - you should seek relief. It won’t stop until you legally stand up to him.

I went in wanting bloodwork for autoimmune diseases wiseman said “ana was for Rheumatoid arthritis” when it’s actually the test for all autoimmune diseases I also came up with high cholesterol I gave the nurse my pharmacist address name phone number it’s been over a month no medication has been called in. To make things worse I am a 5ft tall girl who weighs 130 (size 2/4) and wiseman told me “have you always been chunky? well I guess when you hit 300 I’ll send you for a gastric bypass” not to mention he wasn’t allowed in a room alone with me like clearly he’s been called out for something. So just go elsewhere get quality care.

Very outgoing staff. Dr,.Wiseman pays attention and is very attentive!

Dr. Wiseman is a wonderful, caring physician. I am proud to say he has been my doctor for over 25 years. I would never leave him if he were not retiring.
