Dr. Rodolfo Ecaro Magsino, MD

The doctor and his staff are clueless. I was getting an STI and told Dr. Magsino you cannot test for HPV in males. He proceeded to google it and then write it on my blood test. When I got to the lab to test my blood they were very confused that he had written HPV on the order. I proceeded to tell them that the Doctor is dumb and they laughed and scoffed. Highly not recommended does not make you feel welcome and will probably let you die!

I was in between changes for my insurance and was assigned dr(?) magsino for a month it was HORRIBLE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...The staff is clueless on what they are doing....the receptionist took my vitals, told me I had lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks and was asking me how to spell chiropractor and clinic....the dr(?) that I saw had a picture of himself up without a name which had no indication of even being a dr....I was speaking to him about a lump I felt in my breast and he was asking me questions on how much pain I had gone through to get my lip ring....he was sooo creepy I felt super uncomfortable...even when they checked for my lump they kept asking me where it was even though they were right on it and I had received confirmation prior that it was a large mass.....He gave me a prescription for a pregnancy test and mammogram and I had to get the info from the receptionist on where to go....She told me it would take time to process and to call her in 2 days....I did....she forgot who I… was, forgot ever even talking about any referral and had no clue what I was talking about finally after a week n a half I was able to get the referral for the mammogram after many attempts to have her send the referral over to the imaging center....when I would call she would yell at me and hang up....so I had to go in person only to get so upset I called her and the "Dr" in to give them a piece of my mind...thank god I was able to change doctors already.....DO NOT GO HERE...I would not trust them with ANY health issues....I don't even know if that office is suppose to be open there's no record of it on maps

The doctor and the staff were completely unaware of the particular disease that I have had all of my life. I have had to educate them on the nature of my disease, but then in subsequent visits, they had not only not researched the disease, but they forgot what disease I had in between appointments. (The appointments were only one month apart.)I have been on the same medication and dose for 6 years. I saw a specialist for this disease and he wrote the same prescription during that time. (I recently moved to the Glendora area from out of state.) I attempted to give them my previous specialist's contact information so that they could talk to them about my disease, but they denied my offer, never contacted them to find out the nature of the condition or the dosage information of the medication, and never offered to refer me to a new specialist.When I attempted to communicate to the Nurse Practitioner about some serious concerns that I had concerning depression that I experienced, she… laughed at me. I thought that the proper protocol for questioning a patient about depression required medical practitioners to ask the patient about suicidal thoughts or tendencies. She never asked and didn't seem to care. I have basically come out of the depression and I understand that it is normal. Average stats at this time say that roughly 10% of our population suffers from depression, but what if I had been suicidal?I don't believe that the doctor or his staff are truly concerned about my well-being or my health. Honestly, my assessment of this doctor's office is that they are really in it for the money and not for the welfare of their patients.

I visited your office for a simple pap in order to get birth control because I was getting married. Not only did I feel that I was not being respected, I heard the staff discuss their personal matters and say that they ran out of KY. This place was highly unprofessional and unclean. I never received follow ups for my results and I had to call several times until I got them. I even had to call the head supervisor on my honeymoon to get my birth control refilled because the female doctor never refilled my prescription. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!
