Dr. Rolando Lozano, MD

We see Doctor Lozano in his Ormond Beach office. He is awesome!! Doctor Lozano takes time with his patients and gets my child involved in her own care. The nurses are awesome. Front desk is helpful and always get us seen when we need it.

The worse especially the front desk Karen she give u attitude n rude no manners at all in this in the Springfield office she’s the worse

This office is very disorganized. They over schedule, and are very inconsistent in their communication. They know you're in need of a refill, and really don't care of any sort of scheduled appointment time. One of the office women was rude to me when I told her I was going to have to leave, after an hours wait. I told her that I had to go pick up my other son and service dog from school. She was very rude and clearly didn't care about our family circumstances. She was dismissive and abrasive. Then she went and told the doctor that I was the one rude, and of course he was very unaware of his staff's behavior and attitude. I don't think I'll be back to a pediatrician with limited social skills and knowledge of some of his staffs behavior.

I will only see Dr. Lozano. I have been unhappy with the other Dr.'s but love the staff and Dr. Lozano he is very knowledgeable, always helpful and explains what he is doing. I hope to have him for my children's Dr. for many years to come

hours and hours waiting and then wrong diagnostic, and they send me to emergency when only was a virus, in the hospital they laugh...by the way in 4 years my son only was checked by DR Lozano 4 or 5 times, the others times were different and every time worse .

The staff at this location is very helpful and polite. Zoe, in particular, has gone out of her way to help us sort out my sons insurance and specialist referrals more than once. The nurses are also always wonderful to see. In fact, Dr. Lozano himself is quite respectful and seems to genuinely enjoy seeing the children. That said, we hardly ever actually get to see Dr. Lozano when we come in. Often we see Dr. Bowcher who takes no time with us, leave us waiting for an hour or more (on every occasion we have been in!), and is quite condescending when answering our questions and addressing our concerns. Dr Lozano himself is lovely, but does not seem familiar with basic issues and does not give detailed advice when requested. We had to see specialists to clear up many of our concerns, and were told that we had been given incorrect information by Dr Lozano. We have also only had one follow up call, with a nurse, who never got back to us as he was supposed to. We have tried to stick… with this doctors office as we very much want a positive report with a provider so that my son can grow up knowing and trusting one doctor. Our experiences with this particular office has been consistently negative. I am a university educated individual working on a masters degree and I feel that I am treated not only as an inconvenience, but also as a peon incapable of understanding complicated medical jargon. I resent having to feel uncomfortable when asking basic questions concerning my sons health. I would like to be a team with whomever he sees, and I certainly do not feel that way here. We are looking forward to a change.

They gave me the wrong prescription for my newborn!! Now she has to be test it twice because of that mistake, not only that, they couldnt take two minutes from their busy schedule to fax over to the hospital the right prescription, i waited for over two hours with a week old baby in my arms that needed to be pinched twice!!!! Lookimg for a new doctor for my baby

He is a very good Dr, I would say excellent but unfortunately I can't say the same for the office staff. If u call you always have to wait on line for a long time. They always tell you Dr is not able to see your right away, and if you have an emergency and Request Dr Lozano, they tell you is impossible to see him, and they assigned you a different Dr.
