Dr Rivera always reviews the findings from tests and provides explanations and alternatives for treatment. He answers my questions clearly and gives both sides, good and bad, for the treatment options. This allows me to make an informed decision for moving forward. I trust him completely.

Dr Rivera is an amazing Dr. He’s comfortable and fix fixing helpful. Makes me feel very comfortable and fix my problems. I would not trust anyone else to handle my issues. He is amazing. And with my auto immune diseases and I have two of them, I’m not the easiest patient to fix her problems and he’s very patient about doing it and taking care of everything. And he’s very patient about listening to me. Talk about it he doesn’t just cut me off and I appreciate that

I have been a patient of Dr Rivera for more years than I care to remember but has solved Bladder Cancer and other urological situations over the years. He is excellant and very personable. Unfortunately the administration for the practice is irritating, always forms to complete duplicating previous information given and seems to be bogged down with Corporate systems, it seems that everything takes longer than it should as 1 minute with Dr Rivera usually turns into an hour plus visit. In Naples office. Male receptionist could improve his " bedside manner" and smile occasionally rather than growling.

Dr. Rivera’s mind was not on my appointment. He was confused whether my testosterone level was high or low. I said I needed a new prescription and he said he will take care of that. He handed me 4 pages of lab work and did not go over anything. There was a statement on the papers from the lab , which I read when I got home,that my prescription should be adjusted. There was no mention of that . Knowing how good he has been in the past I am hoping there will be an adjustment in the new dosage. I am fortunate to be healthy at this time and am sure he has more needy patients at this time.He was definitely in a hurry to move on.

Dr Rivera has the talent and professionalism to take a very scary diagnosis not only calm me down but explain the treatment process and duration in a way that made me feel better. Highly recommend him. Don’t let the crowded waiting room persuade you to look for another physician. After all, he must be doing something right to have his office full of patients. Thank you and thank the staff for excellence in service.
