I feel so very fortunate to have Dr. Meinhold and team as my primary care provider. In good character, care, commitment, competencies, and capabilities this team goes above and beyond for their patients.

After suffering from a most apprehensive and embarrassing condition in the hands of two doctors, I changed primary doctor and became a patient of Dr. Meinhold. He got me back on my feet, and I am now living a normal life. I thank my lucky stars that my good friend, also a patient of Dr. Meinhold, recommended Dr. Meinhold to me.

Dr Meinhold is my M.D. VIP physician. Prior to becoming a MDV IP physician , I was a patient of Dr. Meinhold. The best thing I ever did was join the MDV IP program. At my age I do have some issues. I had to contact Dr. Meinhold during off hours where I probably received a telephone call back I also had to have prescriptions sent to me while traveling. Most importantly when I do visit him at his office, I always leave his office feeling much better than when I arrived. He is very attentive to your issues, and and concerns. I have recommended Dr. Meinhold and will continue to recommend Dr. Meinhold to anybody who's interested in having this wonderful program available, with an outstanding physician.

Dr. Meinhold is the most caring, highly qualified physicians in his field. He goes above and beyond to listen to patients and determine accurate treatment. I have been a patient in this practice for 8 years and it is the BEST money I have ever spent. Professional caring nursing, and office staff.

Excellent Doctor

Dr. Meinhold is the most arrogant and rude doctor I've ever seen and except for his PA, the staff was very cold. Dr. Meinhold misdiagnosed my illness. After six months, it was his PA that recommended that I go see a specialist, and I immediately made an appointment. I was lucky that my appointment was with the PA that day. I went from being mildly sick to very sick because of the six-period of his not making the proper diagnosis. Once the specialist conferred, I never saw him again. I could not stand to look at him.

We were one of the 500 patients that went with Dr. Meinhold after he went 'concierge'. We love Dr. Meinhold...however we agreed with others who report that his staff was rude, poor to follow up, and the plethora of other not so nice comments that I will not repeat. As a woman patient, I did feel that Dr. Meinhold was not as attentive about suggesting the typical assessments. He was always on our backs about colonoscopies...and we finally did get them...he never once suggested to me that I should have a bone density test. It was my ob-gyn that was surprised that at my age I ad never had one. They NEVER followed up to get you to come in for a 6 month exam that you are supposed to be having...they expect you to do it. I have 2 new doctors who I go to and they follow up on everything and I LOVE IT!. I would have thought by going concierge and only having 500 patients that they would be proactive in making sure that you come in for your 6 month check. I would have thought that there would be an occasional email from the DOC with some interesting medical advice? $1600 a year is a lot of money for NO value added services. Promptness is better now than it was when he had thousands of patients..his staff is still a bit mediocre in my opinion. Still took 6 minutes for someone to pick up the phone..then got put on hold to make an appt. Doc has always been great with us...his DX and time.....I think it is the staff...he should save some money and clean the last of the house out.

The doctor's diagnosis is never 100% correct and accurate: something is always missing. He doesn't follow up the patient 100%. The employees are absolutely dumb, rude and slow. I think that waiting one week for a prescription is outrageous and unprofessional. This office may be good for the people who have only little problems.

As a family, we have been patients of Dr. Meinhold for the past 5 years. Our 18 year old needed his medical forms completed for ROTC in college for Fall admissions. I provided the forms on Tuesday and followed up every day this week as we had to mail them out on Friday. They promised I could come pick them up today (Friday). After an additional two calls (at 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. this morning they finally said the forms had been completed. I had to go to work, so I sent my son to get them. He got home and realized the Doctor had not done ANYTHING with the forms and did not sign them. So now we are off to a Doc-in-the-box to get a physical at 3:45 p.m. and try to get the forms in the mail today. Now that Dr. Meinhold is going to the concierge medical platform it is apparent he does not really care about his existing patients that could not afford the $1650 per year, per person retainer. Needless to say, I'm on the search for a new family doctor. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I would give him a NEGATIVE number rating if I could.

The office staff is rude and not helpful. The doctor is weird, and his diagnosis is always only 80% accurate. It always misses something. Why, when talking, does he always look at the floor? Once I believed he was looking for something. I think I will change doctor's office.

Sort of aloof...not sure if he has empathy or not as he doesn't show it. Very dry and emotionless. Knowledeable, but you have to catch him on a happy day to get eye contact.

Meinhold is a great doctor. I wish his staff had better manners, acumen, and general consideration for patients. My nurse greeted me after I had been waiting for 45 minutes by calling my last name and then gave a huge sigh. The door in the reception area joining the exam room opens in the opposite direction of the waiting area. Instead of the nurses stepping out two extra steps to face the waiting room, they call your name from behind the door. And, if you don't hear your name or respond immediately, they continue to call your name from behind the door. I also had to call for four days in a row to get an prescription filled. It is very apparent that some of the staff are very unhappy. Meinhold is great, but his staff is pretty unbearable to work with. Unfortunately, I am leaving the practice after 3 years with Doctor Meinhold. I wish him luck and a better staff in the future.

I see Eileen at Dr. Meinhold's office. She is wonderful! The problem with this office is that during the holidays, they are always short staffed and you can't get in to see anyone for up to 1 week! Not an issue if it is a minor issue that can wait - but if it is something that needs to be seen immediately, the delay in getting an appointment is a concern! This is the 2nd time within the past year that this has happened. Both times, I was told to go to Urgent Care or the ER. Last time I went to an Urgent Care center and was misdiagnosed! Once Dr. Meinhold reopened, I went to see Eileen and she correctly diagnosed what was going on and changed the prescription the other doctor had given me. Why bother developing a relationship with a doctor if you are only going to be told to go to ER? Love Eileen, do not like the difficulty in getting appts when u need them! Time to start looking for a larger practice with more coverage.

My first visit to Dr. Meinhold was for an annual physical. He took time to make sure to ask me the questions necessary to make some determinations about my general health. Would have to say that my experience there is not like other doctors in the past where I felt rushed, as if I were keeping them from something more important. As a man, I am not big on going to the doctor to begin with. Dr Meinhold at least made me feel comfortable. (I even asked all of the questions that my girlfriend has been prompting me to ask for some time:-)

I have a lot of trust with Dr. Meinhold. I have been going to him for 15 years now. During this time I have had a few check ups. He been there for me when I needed him from the flu to common colds. I recent had a neck injury. He order an MRI and saw the results and refer me to another doctor. I would recomend him to all of my friends and family without any dought.
