Dr. Roxan F Saidi, MD

Last year I had an early morning appointment with Dr. Saidi, she never showed up and never called to cancel. I sent a bill for $75.00 to no avail.

Long and short of it - went to Dr with no issues from Colitis, just thought is would be advisable since it was a few years. Made clear that is was a well visit and Dr agreed it would not be a sick visit and therefore could be covered at %100. Office coded as sick visit. I was charged the contracted full amount (had no deductible at that time) I called for a year to have straightened out, I faxed copies, emailed copies and sent registered letter explaining all! Still no response. I was referred to collections and had to pay the whole bill. VERY BAD FOLLOW UP FOR EXISTING CUSTOMER. AS BAD AS I MAY HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Too bad, she seemed like a reasonably good doctor.

Fantastic doctor. Pleasant personality and makes you feel comfortable.

Roxan Saidi suggested we have an appointment which I was in hopes would be productive. I have Hepatitis C and has just had approved Sovaldi. I have been in two separate Yahoo Hep C groups where the members are raving. I was in hopes today of making progress by receiving the prescription written to start getting better. Saidi refused to write the prescription as she insists one needs to take an injection with the pill. Her information is TOTALLY inaccurate according to a few articles I Googled. If you have time to coffee klatch - go for it.

She was so uninformative after my daughter's procedure, it was infuriating!!

Dr. Saidi is the key to a caring and careful physician who takes the time to explain, direct, and guide. Shows much concern, is organized and attentive. Dr. Saidi is and will be my number 1 doctor. A lovely and clean office!

What a fabulous doctor. I was highly pleased with my colonoscopy procedure and her professionalism.

Dr. Saidi is a rare find. She spends time with me and asks very thoughtful questions to determine the underlying causes of my medical condition. She has followed up with me at home and if I don't call her back..she calls me again! I am grateful for her as a physician and a true professional in the field.

Very unprofessional and unethical . Dr Saudi cancelled my office appointment and instead she decided on a phone consultation. I had been bleeding for 4 days. She showed no care or concern for me as a patient.
