Dr. Russell Andrew Wilson, MD

Dr. Wilson is a very kind and caring Dr. Great bedside manner and I think he is very qualified. My issue with this office is the staff-particularly the appt/front office. One woman there is the rudest person I've come across in a Dr. office. It's a shame great Drs. arent more cognizant of how there staff can affect patient perception of the entire practice. But, I still would rate the Dr. very favorably.

I thought this Dr. was very kind and proactive. His appointment staff could use some work. I found the one making the appointment very abrupt and cold. I think Doctors would benefit by teaching their staff to be courteous and professional because many times if the staff is rude, I won't go back even if I like the Doctor.

Had a cyst removed under general anesthesia, Dr. Wilson explained the procedure and I was pleased with him.
