Dr. Russell Sturges Dickerson, MD

Went to see Dr Dickerson recently from a referral by my PCP. Dr Dickerson repeatedly interrupted, extremely rude, and seemed to get angry if he was questioned. His diagnosis did not make any sense either. Will never go back

There was No Waiting, doctor was right on schedule. He listened to my problem, ran a few test, and diagnosed the cause. I could not be happier. I would strongly recommend Dr. Dickerson to anyone with nerve pain issues.

Felt like Dr Dickerson was a total jerk and had no regard for what I had to say. Will not return.

Went to Dr. Dickerson after newly acquiring some serious neurological problems. I didn't know anything about my condition and had a list of questions to help me understand what I was dealing with. After my first question, he stood up to walk out. I told him I had more questions, to which he replied I was allowed to ask one more. I asked my question, he answered it, and promptly walked out in the middle of my next sentence. He is knowledgeable and can most likely help treat your problem, but he's a jerk.

This man has merely limited his practice to neurology, but is not board certified. He was incompetent in diagnosis. The memorable factor was his enthusiasm for his hobby life not his interest in medical practice.

dr dickersons office staff are so great at there job. New dr for me and they were very helpful, appt. On time,works with your insurance. Dr dickerson very nice professional dr easy to talk to and explained every step of test he was doing. Nice nice people and doc. God bless

My mother was referred to this doctor based on her own physicians orders and her past history. He refused to listen, told her to "be quiet" and let him talk...he wasn't interested in hearing the answers to questions once he did ask them, even went as far as to tell her that she "wasn't telling him what was wrong" after he himself had told her not to talk. His bedside manner is atrocious, and he doesn't seem to care or want to see patients at all. He went on to tell her that there is nothing wrong with her, and that every physician she's seen in the past "lied" to her in telling her she's had health problems. He interrupted profusely, had no real interest in what she had to say, and ran over her every time she tried to speak. He was not only rude, but also disrespectful. We have seen the other post on here from someone else who's had the same experience. They are not alone. We will be telling her personal physician of this behavior and get a referral to another doctor. We also… hope that in telling her normal doctor, that they refuse to refer anyone else to this man. I don't believe he was "having a bad day"...I think he's simply not worth going to see.

I have been seeing Dr. Dickerson for approximaitly the last 6 years, every appointment that I have I have to wait at least an hour (sometimes more) to be seen. I am still having the same problems that I was, gets better for a while and then back to the same. He is polite, but I feel he has not really diagnosed my problem accuratly

Very friendly and helpful. Accurate diagnosis and within a week or so, medication prescribed was working very well. Verfy friendly staff.
