I’m writing this review after intentionally waiting two full weeks to give everything time to settle. I was a long-time patient at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology and exclusively saw Dr. Loyal, who has since left the practice. I then booked with Dr. Sabrina Fabi for the first time, influenced by her large social media presence and how the front desk emphasized how hard it is to get an appointment with her. For context, I’m very experienced with neuromodulators and have had it done many times in the same areas without issue. At this visit, I was treated in my masseters, crow’s feet, under-eye bag line, 11s, and forehead. None of these areas was new for me. Dr. Fabi arrived about 40 minutes late, which I was told is “typical.” That night, I developed large, visible lumps in my masseters and additional bumps near my temples when opening my mouth. I’d never experienced anything like this before. I returned to the office two days later and was told it was “normal” and it will takes two weeks… to settle. By the time of my follow-up appointment nearly a week later, my appearance was extremely abnormal. I pay a premium to go to a cosmetic dermatology practice because this is my face, and I expect expertise, precision, and accountability. At the follow-up, I felt dismissed and gaslit. While the masseter issue was acknowledged, my main concern was new bumps near my eyes that I never had before. Dr. Fabi insisted they were always there, which is simply not true. When I said I felt my before looked better, her response was, “Oh, with your hooded eyes?” That comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional. It has now been over a week since the follow-up and the bumps are still present. I paid $1,500 and feel worse about my appearance than when I walked in. I won’t be returning. Don't recommend Dr. Fabi!

Dr Fabi is the absolute best! She’s highly skilled and trained (just peek her credentials)—which allowed me to rest easy knowing I’d be receiving the best assessment and care from her and her team. At my first visit, she complimented features of my face she said were striking. What a positive and refreshing way to start things off! We’re often so hard on ourselves—I deeply appreciated her warm, supportive energy. She continues to be my trusted source as middle age transforms my face little by little. She also never makes me feel pressured to purchase treatments we speak about—knowing I have to be budget minded at this time. Thank you Dr Fabi for standing apart and being your fabulous self!

Dr. Fabi is only in the office part-time and it takes months to get an appointment. I had waited to see her and then the office cancelled my appointment for unforeseen circumstances with Dr. Fabi. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I recommend that you pick a dermatologist that is in the office everyday because you won't wait as long for an appointment.

DR. FABI seemed a little rushed because she is in great demand. She laid out a treatment plan for me. However, I felt that I didn't get a chance to ask my questions because she flew out of the examination room to see another patient. Maybe Dr. Fabi was overbooked but that is no excuse because I felt that I was not important to her as a patient looking to have my questions and concerns answered.

Dr. Fabi is truly amazing! She is kind, honest and caring. She will take the time to make sure she understands what you want and to answers all your questions. Never once have I felt like I was just another patient, she makes you feel like you are the only one She does really care about you, the process and your results. After my laser she continually checked in with me and personally met with me to see how I was doing. She didn't just leave me with one of her assistants. Her nurse Marie is simply amazing. She will answer any questions that you have and makes you feel so comfortable. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Fabi and her staff. I overjoyed with my results and the whole experience. From start to finish they have everything laid out so well. Phyllis does a few consults with you previous to your procedure. She has you all set up with before and after care. I would give the whole team the highest recommendation. If you don't go with them, you are crazy!!

Staff are amazing at this office! Dr.Fabi is a super friendly and as gentle as is possible with the injectable. I suggested we do more on my follow up visit but she advised against it as it wouldn't look natural. She definitely knows best. I highly recommend this office.

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Fabi. I’ve been with her for 3 years and trust her 100%. I’m so happy with my results, refreshed and looking on the outside how I feel on the inside.

Dr. Sabrina Fabi is genuinely a great cosmetic dermatologist. She is not only an adorable, kind and caring human, she is also a skilled and experienced artist who meticulously perform a perfect job on her patient‘s face. I am always amazed when I see how perfect she performs her operations. She is wonderful.

I know I’m not the only one who’s said Dr. Fabi is a true ARTIST! There’s no one else I’d trust to do my filler. She made my lips look perfectly juicy and plump with beautiful shape and you’d never know I had filler. She also added filler to my chin which I never even thought of but it made such a difference in lengthening my face! Dr. Fabi looks at the whole picture and not just one isolated area. She has helped me feel more confident in my appearance, and has a warm heart and fun personality. I’ll never go to another derm. Love her!!!! ????????

Dr Fabi is a true professional. She won’t push you or try to sale you on something that isn’t right for you. That’s not something you see in cosmetic dermatology very often. Her work is subtle but so good and very natural. She’s just the best and I would highly recommend her!
