This was my first time having screening colonoscopy, and Dr. Patel and his staff demonstrated extreme care with me - before, during, and after my appointment. I received detailed instructions via email and phone from office staff. Dr. Patel reached out two weeks prior to my appointment affirming I understood the instructions and to answer any questions. During my visit, the staff was very friendly and made a point of introducing themselves prior to attending to me. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Patel stopped in and explained the results and asked if I had any questions. After the visit, the doctor’s office checked on me via text. I felt as if they prioritized me and my needs throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him, especially if it is your first time having a colonoscopy.
