Dr. Samuel Elijah Palmer, MD

I came in to Dr. Samuels office for an exam. During the exam I request that his assistant that was speaking, to speak louder. I have hearing disabilities, and she was very soft spoken. Dr. Samuel advised me that no and if there was a issue the exam would be over.

The doctors listen to you, very helpful staff.

Dr. Palmer is absolutely wonderful but, a member of his staff was very rude to me on one of my visits. She was asking me about a medication another doctor had prescribed and I told her we could have the other doctor fax the information to Dr. Palmers office because I wasn't sure about the dosage she told me "I don't have time for this today" I was shocked! I promptly told Dr. Palmer and he apologized said he would definitely take care of it. I've been going to him for years and will continue to go.

My visit in the pass was great,I am trying to locate his offices.

I have confidence in the quality of care that I receive from this practitioner, and any questions that I present to him he takes the time to listen and insure that I have understanding of my concerns. I'm pleased and will recommend him to family, friends and associates.

Disappointed because I showed up on time for my appointment. But because I forgot my wallet at home, when it came time to pay my co-pay in the amount of $20.00 I was denied the appointment I really needed and had been waiting 2 months for that appointment. Even though my insurance has always been current they didn't ask for it. They were more concerned about twenty dollars. Shame on whom ever made that rule.
