She is very knowledgeable and know what exactly she dose. Great care and professional.

First of all, if I could give NO stars or negative stars, I would. Took me a month to get an appt. to see Dr. Sands and then I was only able to "see" her by phone call. I provided a detailed history and explained my healthcare issue, she ordered many tests--via blood draw, BUT she managed to neglect ordering the tests I actually NEEDED. Took me a month to get into the lab for the blood work, waited an additional 6 weeks for my results--despite the lab having my results the NEXT DAY!!!! All I can think, is thank God I don't have an aggressive cancer or some other life threatening problem or I'd be DEAD before this incompetent physician would order the test needed to diagnose me! Additionally, this doctor says she isn't "comfortable" using a patient's first name--Well, doctor, your PATIENT'S comfort should be your first priority--this isn't about YOU. People don't always like or identify with their surname--like me. If I could get my last name changed, I certainly would, but thanks to… COVID, I have to wait...I don't appreciate you using it to address me when I don't like it. Get a clue and put your patients and their comfort/wants/needs first!
