Summary
When I was young, a relative had a stroke, which affected his life and his family's. I wondered if it could have been prevented, and what could be done to improve his quality of life. That experience led me to neurology. The best part of practicing medicine is providing the quality of care that lets them regain the ability to live their daily lives.
