From the front desk people to the clinical staff and the doctor himself this place is by far the worst doctors office i have ever been to and experienced. Everyone is rude and short with you. When you don’t understand something they are hateful and treat you like you’re nobody. No one returns phone calls and they do not take accountability for their actions. There is no communication in the office or with the patients. You are not treated like a patient here. You’re a number or a dollar sign.. and when you voice your opinion or concern the staff make you feel like it’s your fault. Avoid this office.

Was extremely pleased with my visit to see Dr.Cooper! From check in to check out and all between, I couldn’t have been treated any better! Very pleasant and professional. I felt listened to and completely taken care of all questions. I would recommend this office to anyone. Plus the personnel is absolutely wonderful!

I have never been treated so rudely at a provider's office in my life. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes late and checked in with the receptionist. I apologized for being late and explained that it took me over an hour to get here and I had to leave work early to make it. She said that it didn't matter and because I was so late they couldn't fit me in and I needed to reschedule. Nevermind that I usually sit for 45 minutes before being called back and that it took me 2 months to get this appointment. She immediately got hostile and raised the intensity from a 1 to a 10. She said very loudly, "ma'am do you see all these people here who actually got to their appointment on time? Well if we took you back then they would all be penalized for your poor planning." Now mind you this is a small office and everyone in there heard her. It was embarrassing to say the least. I said, no thank you, not only do I not want to reschedule, I would like my MRI results and I will be going somewhere… else. She refused to hand me my 1 page MRI results and said she would mail them. Honestly, I see the way she talked to me and to the other patients there who are mostly older and she should be ashamed of herself. Stay away and go ANYWHERE else!

Wonderful, knowledgeable, funny Neurologist. Dr. Cooper took the time to look at all of my symptoms and was finally able to give me a real diagnosis. His office staff was great they were very nice and professional, but were still able to have a good time. I have recommended Dr. Cooper to several people.

Our first visit was for today- I called the office this morning to verify my daughters appointment and was told it was at 10:30. We drive from Alpharetta and we arrived at 10:15. We were told we missed the appointment- it was at 10:00. Horrible office staff- they would not work us in - and the mistake was on their end. The woman who told me 10:30 was staring right at me. Can’t imagine what it would be like if it had been our mistake. Will not be back.

I just I do Not understand this Guy , maybe he is stupid or ignorant.

Dr. Cooper treated my mother for many years. She had a Parkinson's. Dr. Cooper was kind and very cring. Wonderful bedside manners. Other neurologist had misdiagnosed. We will always be grateful for the care given by Dr. Cooper. He treats my husband now and we are equally pleased.

Dr. Cooper diagnosed me correctly. I have been misdiagnosed by other doctors in the past, given the wrong treatment and suffered pain needlessly. Dr. Cooper listened to me! He actually took my symptoms seriously. Thank you so much Dr. Cooper. Finally I feel like being active.

The staff was very attentive, my wait time was so short I didn't have time to finish my paperwork, and Dr. Cooper was the best. He took time, listened to my concerns, explained my condition, and was genuinely concerned for my well-being.
