I am a new patient with a very good insurance plan. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told I had to wait 2 months which was fine i guess, I am new and i hate to wait... My appointment was scheduled for 830AM on 4/2. I got a call from their office few days before my appt reminding me of my appointment and the voice message that was left for me had the wrong address (didn't know it was the wrong address then) so on the day of the appointment i got lost as her office is at the hospital itself and it is very confusing and I was following my GPC that kept on taking my around. I was forced to just park at the main hospital and walk all the way across the street to ask for directions as I kept calling them in the AM trying to get directions & no one answered the phone; i called three times from 8:15AM until someone answered me at 8:40 and i was told she can no longer see me because I am 10 min late!!! I was VERY disappointment to the point that i just shut up & i didn't even… know what to say to her staff!!! I was not even offered a reschedule date, they pretty much said go find someone else. I don't understand how she has some good reviews if she wasn't nice enough to see me, a new patient that got lost simply because i was given the wrong address. This is not how customer service should be done. This is my experience, i hope you find it helpful before thinking to wait 2 months to see her if you are a new patient. God Bless!

She is awesome doctor, she made it possible for me to have 3 beautiful children 2 she delivered herself. She made me and my husband whole my giVing us a family.she worked hard to made sure my babies survived after was has lost out pervious son at 6 months pregnant. She is a amazing doctor and she is all about her patients and their needs.

Down to earth easy to Talk to and well advising . Dr Adhikari is by far my favorite obgyn her knowledge and experience drive her to the top
