Dr. Sergei Gregory Lipov, MD

I've been Dr Sergei Lipov's patient for a number of years, and I have never seen any other MD anywhere, even at Mayo Clinic, the U. of Chicago hospital, or anywhere, who is more caring and dedicated to his patients. He gives 110% at all times, even on weekends or after hours, at night, if called for an urgent problem. There has also been absolutely NO sign of EGO, at ANY TIME .....he is ready to jump in and give his all, to help, whenever needed. It is my honor and a huge blessing, to call myself one of Dr Lipov's patients! I only wish there were more than 5 stars to give as a rating!

The office staff is not helpful. My husband's prescription for Jardiance is over $500 a month. Since he's a veteran, the VA might get the medication for him, but they need a call from the doctor's office with an order. The doctor's staff absolutely refused to call the order in to the VA. While my husband likes Dr. Lipov, it seems we need to find another doctor with a more helpful staff.

Dr. Lipov is wonderful. He is so intuitive and makes me feel comfortable so that I can talk about problems. Unfortunately, his one employee who usually answers the phone and is at the check-in desk, is very rude. She really needs to be replaced. Beverly and Dee are great!

Been going there forever and he will spend time with you.

Dr lipov is the only one I trust he is very good at what he does he is very smart and caring he is a very good doctor i would only want to go to him because he understands me i would not want to see anyone else i only want to see Dr Lipov he has changed my life and made me a better person i would be very sad if he wasn't in my life also i thank him for all that he has done for me and my family

Dr Lipov is the best doctor I have seen in a long time. He puts me at ease about whatever he needs to do. When I need a specialist he finds me one similar to him knowing how I feel about doctors. Would definitely recommend him to my friends

I first went to Dr Lipov probably 20 years ago, I had Cluster headaches, that no other doctor diagnosed correctly, he put me on imitrex, which was a Godsend at the time. He has a great sence of humor and is non judgemental. For some reason I hadnt been to him in 10 years, just didnt have any ussues, but should have at least gone in for checkups. Recently went back to get for a physical, and it felt like I never left. Highly recommend

Wonderful, wonderful physician. They don't come any better than Dr. Lipov. Brilliant and down to earth. Priceless!

Dr. Lipov has been my doctor and now my whole family sees him as well. He is beyond reproach; excellent bedside manner, kind, respectful, goes above and beyond to alleviate fears and gets answers! I would never trust any other doctor the way we do him. His nurse is wonderful, always positive and interested in your well being. I can’t say enough about Dr. Lipov and hope he gets the kudos he deserves.

I have never seen a receptionist as grouchy/rude and lack of empathy in all my time seeing any doctors in my life! First, I want to make this very clear...DR. LIPOV IS AWESOME! He is very enthused in actually helping patients. I just don't think he understands how rude his receptionist is. Lady with long brown hair...anyone else have negative experience with her? When I go to a doctor's office for a visit, I want to be greeted nicely. I witnessed her basically tell the patient in front of me that he was wrong; he walked away with an annoyed look on his face and then when I approached her, she hardly made eye contact, spoke to me rudely, and didn't appear to care about my concern-which is huge to me. I know working in hospitals, the job description says-please show empathy! Care! Go above and beyond. If you are not happy with your job, step aside because I know many others that would work in that chair you occupy and bring to the office a huge smile. I never write reviews, but… this had to be done...2 months of holding this in!
