We had a great experience with Dr. Wang. He was very thorough in explaining my son's allergy test results and answered all our questions about the allergy shot process. He made my son feel at ease and thus making me feel better about the whole process. I am very satisfied with our experience at Allergy Partners.

I have been a patient for almost three years. Today I had an appointment at 1 pm. There was huge traffic on Coors Bypass so I was approximately 10 minutes late. When I arrived they told me my appointment had been cancelled. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that the Rio Rancho does not have a manager. The Albuquerque office has a manager that is supposed to manage them as well but I was told they never hear from her. I have called the office numerous times over numerous weeks. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I am at the point where I do not wish to continue my treatment in your office even though I know this will have a serious and negative health consequences. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I had tests, medications and shots pushed on me, when all I wanted was help in finally getting the treatment for an autoimmune disease. (I can't do any tests, have had most of them before, can't take the shots or medication, and the list goes on.) For anyone whose main problem is seasonal allergies, you might have a better experience. In other words, I'm not discouraging anyone from going and getting help.
