Dr. Shannon Verma, MD

Had to take my grandpa to Dr. Verma because Dr. Bakos was not available. She was not very friendly and was very short spoken. My grandpa was not too pleased by her attitude. Next time we'll just wait for an opening with Dr. Bakos.

Dr. Verma is the rudest doctor I have ever been to. She was not pleasant to speak to at all considering she did not really listen to me when I tried to explain my problem. I do not recommend her and I will not be back. Very disappointed.

Dr. Verma was very rude and spent maybe 5 minutes in the room. I waited between 45 minutes to an hour for nothing. She was in a rush and did not listen to what I had to say. I won't be back.

Doctor does not seem to be interested in what you have to say. Seems to have her own agenda without talking to you first. When I went to her with issue she was unfriendly and uninterested in what I had to say and went off on her own. Nursing staff was either unfriendly or afraid of the doctor. Never said much just stood around .I guess you would say her bedside manner is horrible.

Dr. Verma spent less than 3 minutes in the room with me. She spent the same about of time with my grandma and other patients that I know of. She always seems in a rush to get out of the room and the little time spent is almost insulting. This is not the first time, this has been happening for a few years where she rushes in and out. I am very disappointed with the care I received and my family members received.

Dr. Verma is kind and compassionate. I have seen her for years. She really cares about her patients and it shows.

Dr. Verma was very rude and did not listen to what I was saying at all. I should have read reviews prior to scheduling an appointment with her. I will not be back and I am very disappointed.

Rude and disrespectful to patient.

Dr Verma doesn’t listen to patients, spends no time with them, and gets angry when they ask questions. A pathetic excuse for a doctor. Don’t waste your time with her. I wonder if the other Doctors at this practice realize how much she is hurting their business?

unbelievably bad experience, first, she spent not more than 1 minute in the room, ignored what I told her, and then prescribed a medication which should not be used to treat the issue. When I called to explain the medication was not the right prescription, Dr. Verma and her nurse argued with me instead of addressing their mistake. She is rude and incompetent.
