Dr. Shida Saam

I recently had a troubling experience with Dr. Shida Saam's services. There seemed to be a lack of medical expertise, resulting in an incorrect diagnosis for me. This was compounded by a lack of professionalism; Dr. Saam persisted with the incorrect diagnosis even when I presented evidence and requested the rationale behind such a decision. Despite multiple requests for clarification and documentation, the responses I received were unsatisfactory and delayed. Furthermore, my messages and emails were not returned. This situation has been frustrating and has inaccurately affected my medical history. The unwillingness to professionally address and rectify the situation has been concerning. It's essential for healthcare providers to deliver reliable and prompt service, which, regrettably, was not my experience. I hope this feedback is considered constructively to enhance future patient care and interactions.

We just moved to California and needed a new doctor. We decided to try Dr. Saam. We were very pleased with the prompt, professional service starting with the ladies at the front desk. Dr. Saam and her staff made us feel at home. Very friendly and professional.

Dr.Shida Saam herself is very attentive, she goes above and beyond the level of care most other Physicians provide, she takes his time with me and really seems to listening to what I have to say to get to the root of any issue I might have. I owe her a debt of gratude.

Dr shah spent quite a bit of time to explain options and the procedure. Had an ablation with great outcome. Great follow up also

I am suffering from a terminal illness with many complications. I have overall 30 specialists with over 100 medications. I google search the best primary care doctor in Orange County and Dr. Saam had the most 5 stars rating. I need a very strong educated and experience Hoag doctor so I decided to choose her as my new primary care. Last week was my first experience going to Dr. Saam's office. I felt very welcome right from the beginning. The nurse assistant and all staff members were very friendly and pretty. I met Dr. Saam exiting her office because she had to visit a dying patient from covid in the ER. Already I had a good impression of her knowing she is such a caring doctor towards her patient. She went over and introduced herself with a smile and shook my hand. She told me she will take care of me and her Physician Assistant will examine me for that day and order some lab work. She will then see me in a few weeks once she has the results. I told her I am a very severe… case and have many problems. That I urgently need all my referral to specialist requests and medication that I need prescribed that day. And if I can just tell her about my medical condition. Dr. Saam without any hesitation took me right into her office, listen to my heart , read all my medical paperwork, and told me its not a problem and she can accommodate all my requests. Dr. Saam also assure me that she or her Physician assistant will take care of all my requests that day. Which they did and even went over my expectations of prescribing extra medicine that I need to treat my condition that no other doctors I have seen did. She is such an amazing doctor. The Physician Assistant was also very young, attractive, extremely knowledgable, and understanding. Dr. Saam and her PA made me felt very comfortable and gave me all the medications I need and all the referrals I urgently requested. I have went to many other primary care doctors, just being disappointed at the end that they were not happy taking care of me since I am a high maintenance patient that require a high level of care that their offices were not able to accommodate. Those doctors even had to go home after seeing me and had a migraine headache. Well not with Dr. Saam and her dedicated team. She, her PA, and all her nurse assistants had a smile throughout their entire time helping me even towards the end. It was like no sweat to them. Dr. Saam truly deserve the 5 stars rating and is the best primary care physician in OC. I highly recommend my friends and family members to her.

Dr. Saam and Dr. Shanti are absolutely amazing. The spend enough time to listen to me and all my concerns. They fallow up on the every single authorizations. I have and had very nice experience and I definitely trust them.
