Dr. Shireen Andrade Pais, MBBS

Dr Pais saved my life. She was thorough, responsive and gave me straight ahead honesty about what needed to be done. Had it not been for that honesty, I would not have changed surgeons, I would not have gone to Sloan Kettering and I would not have accepted what had to be done in order to save my life. It’s 5 years later and against all odds, I am still here and doing well. I continue to follow up with Dr Pais, and have sent my son to her also. I would recommend her to anyone, especially to people I love and want to have the best of care.

She is the worse dr ever, rufr, mean, cold hearted & nasty

Would give zero stars if I could. A doctor with an attitude and an extremely unprofessional practice. Don't expect a call back, don't expect follow ups. I would not waste my time with someone who is not involved and who shows no concern or empathy.

She won't return phone calls and gives the calls off to a so called assistant, who's not a doctor and Dr. Pais wants the patient to think she's in conference as an excuse not to return phone calls! She was also 1 hour late for the procedure, she had to be called to come in, she didn't know one was scheduled and afterwards didn't come and talk to me until somebody went and got her and I waited a long time! Rude Staff also,that's the theme of the office!
