Having Dr. Tobin as my doctor over the past many years made me become used to a caring, knowledgeable and patient doctor whom I felt very comfortable with. Not so the case with Dr. John Baptiste. She is rude and uncaring.

If I could give zero stars I would. She does not want patients. She is rude, abrupt, and does things so you don’t come back.

Just saw Dr. Jean-Baptiste for some suspicious spots. She was extremely thorough and let me know what's covered under insurance and what's not. I feel she is very trust worthy and have faith in her. That's huge when you're putting your life in their hands since they have to decide if a spot looks funny or not and will determine if it should be sent to the lab. This is the 2nd time in my life with a dermatologist that I can say - I trust her.

Would not recommend

Clearly explains diagnosis and treatment to me for mole excision. Skillfully and efficiently removed several moles. Dr. Baptiste is extremely competent and knows her field. I highly recommend her.

Very unhappy with my experiences with this doctor. She is lacking bedside manners and too quick to want to do surgery on an issue that was immediately solved by switching doctors.

My wife and my entire family have been going to Dr.Baptiste for more than 10 years. I’m shocked by these few negative reviews about Dr. Baptiste, obviously they must be prejudiced. Like anyone else she can get a vibe from people who are difficult to work with!!
