Dr Jain gave information on test and we were finished. I set outside in the waiting area and the room longer then my visit with the doctor.

Took me on time, courteous personnel, and quickly answered all my questions after my checkup.

Never keep me in the dark. Always explained what was next.

The doctor was good a& through he explain some things. I just wish he was more communicating to little better.. Overall he tells me step by step on what he is getting ready to do. He made me fell comfortable when performing the byapse... Now for as the nurse not good at communicating on when I leave massage would return my call when needed... She did come up & explain the FMLA form not untill the little young recipients went & asked her. Also when lady went in after my procedure was done to ask what kind of medicine can I use. The young Hispanic receptionist in the check out window start talking loud saying (well if he has cancer refer to me then we have readjust the FMLA form.) She just came to ask about what I can use for pain..Me & her felt like that was very unprofessional & against hippie law to discuss something that is not true. I am firm believer in God & his healing powers so I am not claiming that at all...The point of it is she need to more discrete & caring to patient needs… & info. Instead of running of the mouth talking loud like she did not want to be bother wrong field for that.. My lady felt very uncomfortable & embarrassed at that moment.. Maybe she to told to conscious & caring of patients needs. Overall everything was good as planned. Thanks again to Dr. & staff of a whole just those two incidents.

Nice staff and efficient appointment.

They provide a nice medical office environment. The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable assisting patients.

Everyone in this facility was very nice and caring and Dr Jain was a really nice Person, very informative explaining my condition, what I need to do at the time and what steps we should be looking at next depending on my scan results. I’m very satisfied my primary Doctor referred me to him.
