Worst staff I have ever experienced. Did not spoeR to care if I was comfortable with the treatment plan and the after care from the doctor was non existent.

This practice can not keep it's appointments. 95% of my appointments were cancelled and rescheduled by the office. The Physicians assistant recommended a mildly invasive procedure before I had been seen by the doctor and was given a diagnosis. After paying my bill in full, they increased the price and billed me an additional amount.

He is excellent physician. Every instrument needed for your care found him to be of great integrity an ex marine absolutely no complaints

I went to Dr. Green for a urinary stricture that needed to be corrected surgically. Dr. Green seems to be competent medically but after more than a year under his care, I decided it was time to move on for a number of reasons, most of which are covered in the other comments. Dr. Green relies heavily on his PA, so be aware of that. The other thing to watch for is that he is very â??test happy.â?? Every time I went in for a visit, he ran several tests, one time even ordering routine blood work that I insisted had just been done in my regular physicianâ??s office earlier that day. After a while I began to question whether all this testing was really necessary (though some of it was). Dr. Greenâ??s staff seems nice enough, but is often inefficient and not good with follow-up. I was scheduled for a repeat surgery for my stricture last fall. No one bothered to call me to tell me it had been cancelled and needed to be rescheduled until I showed up for pre-op in their office. It was… handled with, â??Oh, by the wayâ?¦..â?? They werenâ??t inconvenienced, but I certainly was! Inexcusable! I decided it was time to move on and went to U.T. Southwestern. What a difference! The office was efficient; the doctor was wonderful, attentive, and thoroughly explained everything. His surgery fee was a good bit less than Dr. Greenâ??s. We have found a doctor we completely trust.

I went in for a standard vasectomy. I had complications and returned for help. The doctor is not usually in this office so all I had was the PA. Very pleasant woman but miss diagnosed my problem. I drove to Dallas to see Dr. Green in person. He spent maybe 5 minutes with me and said it was normal then walked out when I was in mid-sentence. The PA came in and answered the rest of my questions. I finally had to pay for my own ultra sound and see another doctor who took the time to accurately explain my problem. The problem went away quickly. Dr. Green provided horrible bedside manner (and I'm a health professional myself) and is threatening to send me to collections over a $66 bill for services he failed to render.I went through weeks of pain and suffering.DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN!!! He has plenty of accolades on the wall but accolades is no replacement for good bedside manners and proper care!

I went into this initial appointment with having no issues other than blood in urine. I was not able to see Dr Green but one of his assistants (not sure what her title was) After peeing in a cup, I walked out of the office with a bill close to $1ooo.oo for a test I did not authorize. Thank goodness for health insurance but this takes the cake when it was all said and done. Please look for another urologist. Had i read the reviews before, I would of moved on. Also, I tried to call the office to help with the bill but got nowhere. The only information they would give me is that I did not have an outstanding bill with THEM. Unbelievable.

I was a patient with Dr. Green for several years. Despite following his treatment plan for Low T, my serum T level only showed minimal improvement. He offered no alternatives or explanations. I felt like I became nothing more than a billable client. At my final visit, I arrived early as I had cleared my schedule. The doctor is perpetually running late, and I came to expect delays, so I planned for a 2 hour window. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. I was told, "he's at his other office and running late, he should be here in 15 minutes." I shrugged it off. However, after 15 minutes, I was taken to a room to wait. I waited for another hour before the nurse informed me that "he is five minutes away" and began my tests. I sat in the room for another half hour when I heard another patient enter the room next to mine. 15 minutes later, I heard the door in the hallway open and Dr. Green's voice in the hall. He immediately entered the room next to mine to see the hispanic… patient that had arrived 15 minutes earlier. I had had enough.I found a new doctor, who is testing for prolactin secreting andenoma. Dr. Green seemed satisfied that my T level was "in the normal range" despite me feeling no improvment of any kind. I am happy now with my new doctor. I am sad that I wasted the last two and a half years with a Doctor that was more concerned with collecting payments from my insurance company than actually helping me improve my condition.

I had tests done on my bladder for prostate issues, and in my 6 visits/2 uncomfortable procedures/2 months of hard core meds, I met Dr. Green only once for about 3 minutes. His staff were some of the most unprofessional and visibly angry/not happy people I ever had the displeasure of being helped by. There are lots of Urologists in Dallas, i highly recomend finding one of them before wasting your time in such an uncaring enviornment

Dr. Green and office staff never returned calls or followed up on lab results. I couldn't even get them to tell me what to expect in an in office procedure I was scheduled for. I will not return to this office.
