This was my first colonoscopy so I was a little anxious about the procedure but after arriving at the center I was immediately put at ease and everything went so smoothly and everyone was helpful and friendly.

EVERYONE was so kind and helpful, from the front desk receptionist to all the prep nurses and, of course, Dr. Villagomez. I felt so well cared for and the nurse who did my IV got it in the first try. Very competent!!! I have only high praise for this staff. They were on top of their game!! I wish I could remember all of their names to thank them personally...alas my senior brain can only remember Allen (Alan?), who did my intake info. SO-o-o kind! Elaina(spelling??) who did my BP, wheeled me in the procedure room, and I believe did the assist with the colonoscopy and endoscopy was also terrific. Can't say enough about my great experience!!

The entire staff was friendly and informative. This includes the receptionist, nurse, anesthesia administrator, and Dr. Silvia Villagomez. I am recommending this facility to people I know who requires a colonoscopy.

I have been seeing Dr. Villagomez at Northern California Gastroenterology Consultants for many years. She is an excellent physician and a caring person. I always feel that I have been given enough time to explain why I am there, and Dr Villagomez always gets to the point to help me with my issues.
