Dr. Smita S Shah, MD

Staff is very unprofessional, especially the receptionist. She is a plain old butthole and rude. They do not answer the phone, if they do they put you on hold for 20 to 30 minutes when trying to obtain an appt. Then if you call back they let the phone just ring. I would not refer any here.

Loved Dr. Shaw and her staff. Answered all my questions. I'm so thankful for the knowledge they gave me about H-Pylori.

Dr. Shah has taken care of my Mom, Dad and myself and my husband for a few years now. She is very detail oriented and really explains to you in terms you can understand what diagnosis she comes to find. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to everyone as she has treated my whole family. She really cares about her patients and she loves practicing medicine.

Dr Shah lacks empathy and concern. She may be good at diagnosing but instead of answering my questions she said "look it up". She has no interest in helping you help yourself. I wouldn't use her again.

Have been a patient for several years and have to complete new patient paperwork every time I come in. Not update but start from scratch. Get to appointment 20 minutes early as requested and then sit in waiting room 45 minutes past my appointment time. Then another 28 minutes in exam room. Finally seen by a nurse practitioner 1 hour and 18 minutes after appointment time. All for a prescription refill. I will be finding a new doctor.

Dr. Shah provided excellent care to me as well as other family members. The staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable.

I had no problems at all with Dr. Shah or her staff. Colonoscopy and endoscopy done. She corrected my swallowing problem. I would use her again.

If I could give this poor excuse of a doctor a 0 that's what I would rank her I had a bad gallbladder it was functions was at 0 but I was diagnosed with gastritis and a week later my husband called and ask if they were gonna do anything to help me the nurse said give it a few more days if it got worse by the weekend call the office I called Monday talked to medical assistant she called later that day said Dr shah said set me up for another test for Wednesday had to call office myself Thursday for results medical assistant told me my gallbladder wasn't working at all set me up to see a surgeon one and half hours later he put me in hospital that evening put me on pain meds and antibiotics and did surgery the next morning. Dr Shah doesn't listen !!
